DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

 

Samples are available for purchase to allow you to experience the fragrance and discover if the perfume suits you.

WHAT DOES PLANT-BASED FRAGRANCES MEAN?

Unlike traditional perfumes that use synthetic & animal-derived ingredients and "natural" perfumery which also often includes animal-derived ingredients, our products are made only with ingredients that are derived completely from a plant source.

The term "plant-based" is a more modern term attributed to that which is botanical. Thus our fragrance line is a botanical fragrance line as it is made with only plant-based materials. 

 

Our perfume products are 100% vegan and DO NOT contain any animal derived ingredients. Any perfume that has descriptions or names alluding to animal-derived material such as "leather" or "honey" are simply artistic expressions simulated with plant derived ingredients.
 

WHAT KIND OF INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?

Our products are made with high quality & pure essential oils that are organic or wild-crafted whenever possible.

ARE YOUR INGREDIENTS SUSTAINABLE?

We do not use plant materials from endangered species. In lieu of sourcing ingredients that are ecologically unstable we may compose "accords" using non-endangered plant material to recreate the scent of these other species. They will be identified in the perfume notes as "accords".

  • A note concerning the ecological status of Silver Fir. The species of Silver Fir that is on the endangered list is "Abies numidica" also known as Algerian Silver Fir that grows in Algeria. We DO NOT use this species of Fir in our perfume products. The species of Silver Fir found in our perfume is Abies alba which is not endangered.

HOW ARE YOUR  FRAGRANCE PRODUCTS MADE?

 All of our perfumes are thoughtfully formulated and then carefully crafted by hand. Our oils are kept refrigerated to extend their shelf life. Every full size bottle is mixed individually into the bottle drop by drop. Our mini bottles and sample vials are filled from micro-batches.

HOW TO CARE FOR THE FRAGRANCE PRODUCT?

If product becomes cloudy simply shake the bottle in a natural motion with the cap tightly sealed. Store the product with the cap on and tightly sealed in a cool temperature area away from direct sunlight.

HOW SHOULD THESE FRAGRANCES BE APPLIED?

As natural oils have the potential to stain we recommend that you do not apply them directly to clothing or other fabrics. Instead apply the fragrances directly to the skin. Please note that while not all essential oils are photo-sensitive, please use with caution when wearing essential oils on the skin under long durations of sun-exposure.

 

WILL MY ORDER BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

All products being shipped to a California address are subject to sales tax at the current tax rate. Purchases shipped to an address outside of California are not subject to sales tax. Sales tax is not included in the product prices and will be added during the checkout process where applicable.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Accepted payment forms are all major credit cards or “Paypal” payments. Payment is due immediately upon completion of an order confirmation made through our online store.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Our fragrance products are made to order by hand. Please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing. This is the time allotted to make your product and put your order together prior to shipping.

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

Incensum Fragrances offers a flat-rate shipping cost currently at the rate of $7.95 on all orders, with the exception of samples which ship for free, within the United States.

International shipment prices will vary based on destination location. Sample size purchases will be charged shipping costs for international shipments.

All shipments will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). All shipments will be accompanied by tracking information. All shipments $100 or over will include shipping insurance. The shipping transit time is factored by the delivery location and begins once the courier has taken possession of the shipment. Average ground transit times within the U.S. are 2-8 days and longer for international orders. Please refer to the respective tracking information for the transit/delivery time specific to your order. Please do not include the allotted 2-week order processing time in the calculated shipping transit time.

Please check your orders promptly after they are delivered. If there are any issues or damages to your shipment please file a claim with USPS within 48 hours, as well as contacting us, Incensum Fragrances, at info@incensumfragrances.com for further resolutions to be made if necessary. All resolutions will be determined on a case by case basis.

 

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS?

Due to the nature of products being sold, purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. Incensum Fragrances strongly recommends taking advantage of our sample offerings for any first-time purchases.

 

Incensum Fragrances gladly accepts cancellations within 2 days of purchase. Please contact us to request an order cancellation.
